– The top court of Pakistan Supreme Court sentenced PM Nawaz Sharif disqualified in the case of Panama Papers for next 10 years. 5 judges of Supreme Court of Pakistan gave this decision unanimously against PM Nawaz Sharif under article 62/63 from the Constitution of Pakistan. According to which every member of parliament needs to be Sadiq and Ameen.

NAB Case
The court also called NAB of Pakistan to investigate the family of Nawaz Sharif in the case of corruption. NAB will investigate Mr. Nawaz Sharif, son Hassan Nawaz, daughter Maryam Nawaz, son in law Captain Safdar and the Minister Ishaq Dar. NAB will investigate within the deadline of 6 weeks.
Panama Case
The case was of Panama Paper leaks that reveal the money laundering of Nawaz Sharif in 1990’s by buying assets in London that was being managed by Offshore companies by their family. According to the report of Joint Investigation Team (JIT), Mr. Nawaz Sharif and his family were unable to provide proper information. According to JIT evidence and information provided by Sharif and company are misleading. So the Court announced that Prime Minister is no more an honest member of Parliament. So he should resign as soon as possible and election commission must give notifications about it.
The opinion of Interior Minister Ch. Nisar Ali Khan
Ch. Nisar Ali Khan advised PM Nawaz Sharif to accept the court decision and resign from the ministry.

History of Governments in Pakistan
In Pakistan, none of the elected democratic Prime Minister has spent 5 years in the office. Nawaz Sharif was elected for the third time in the history and never completed total 5 years span. This is a bit of disguise for Pakistan that still after the 70 years of independence Pakistan never had a democratic Prime Minister for 5 years. He is the second Prime Minister who has been disqualified by the court in the case of Corruption and Panama Leaks.
Iceland’s Prime Minister was also disqualified for the same Panama Paper case so Nawaz Sharif is not the only Prime Minister who is banned, the decision is totally historical.
What Could Next be Happened?
Prime Minister could resign and most probably Speaker of National Assembly will ask Parliament to elect Prime Minister. The opposition will also take part in the election but chances are for PML (N) due to their majority in National Assembly. The possible nominees could be Minister Khawaja Asif, Ch. Nisar Ali Khan, and Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif could also be arrested if NAB report proves the Corruption of Nawaz Sharif and family.
With the disqualification of Prime Minister, a lot of questions arises
Is Panama Paper have only one family name or one Person Name?
Could 62/63 is applicable to every member of Parliament?
Can a single Parliamentarian survive in Parliament if 62/63 is applied on Parliament ?
If Nawaz Sharif got arrested what about the political stability?
What about the other names in Panama Papers?
Who could be the next Prime Minister?
Is Nawaz Sharif’s family Political career ends?
Conclusion
The decision is just or not but somehow Pakistan has been changed. The Politics of Pakistan and the democracy is now changed. Now the belief of people on courts becomes strong. Now people can expect from courts for justice. Now there is a hope for the transparent Pakistan and corruption free Pakistan. I would say 1 down next to go (Not only PML-N)
